1. Installation of our system

During this stage, our product is integrated with the system in production. Wiinspect has the ability to collect and send information using various communication protocols such as OPC UA, Profinet and Ethernet, allowing you to access data from the various elements present on the line and use it in your quality analysis.

In the event that some required data cannot be obtained through the existing sensors on the line, new sensors will be installed to collect it. This combination provides a complete and detailed quality analysis. In addition, Wiinspect can work with different types of cameras and capture devices, depending on the specific needs of each customer.

The system is highly flexible, allowing it to adapt to the current production cycle of the facility. In this way, it is fully integrated into the production line, minimizing any impact on productivity.

2.Learning process of our system

During this process, the system will be customized according to the specific needs and criteria of each user, adjusting each of the modules that are part of their version of Wiinspect.From the outset, the system will be able to monitor and detect a wide range of defects, such as strand presence, positioning, length and throat, even without the presence of defective strands. To refine other advanced features, examples of such defects will be needed.

It is important to note that during the learning phase, the normal production cycle of the installation will not be interrupted.

3.Stand-alone operation of Wiinspect

Wiinspect is more than just an inspection product; it is also a service.This feature gives it an adaptable and flexible behavior throughout its life cycle. For this reason, in addition to the initial installation, we offer an upgrade and maintenance license.

The installation of Wiinspect comes with a 1-year license. After this initial period, the license renewal will be annual and its price will depend on the specific characteristics of each inspection.
